The Body’s Truth
Our body is a temple of truth. The body recognizes when truth is owned because it is the body that carries the knowledge of being fully present.
And presence is not to be found on the skyways of self-avoidance. Presence is to be found here, in our body temples, sole to soul, on Mother Earth.
Usually, we meet in workshops to do personal development work, learn, have different experiences, grow, and become the best versions of ourselves.
Usually, we think we need to “do something,” and “be productive,” and we have difficulties only trusting the body.
To fully rest in the body is not that easy.
We look for our purpose, our life path outside of our body temple, when what we need to do is heal, revitalize, and integrate our relationship with our bodies. From there, our life path and purpose can reveal itself. It’s encoded, not out-coded. It’s in the cells of our being. The body embodies the soul’s expression of our truth.
When we fully inhabit the body’s intelligence, we can attune to the world through it, listen to the world through it, and feel the world through the breath. When energy flows, it can inform. We can learn how to read its intricate wisdom. In a state of division, we cannot see our place in the world, but in a state of integration, we can.
We are Florica Motoc and Florentina Niculescu and we’ll lead together a therapeutic process through creative somatic tools opening infinite possibilities for our body’s expressions.
By finding the personal bridge back to our bodies, a glimpse of our purpose in the world could be revealed.
